Since I was a young girl, I’ve always had a penchant for anything English. I love reading about the lives of young women, particularity living in England. Favorite author for that category is Sophie Kinsella.
This tid-bit leads into my obsession with anything English, Hugh Grant, Nick Hornby and “About a Boy”.
I watched “About a Boy” over the weekend and saw my favorite actress, Rachel Weisz and really recommend that you watch it to, it makes a great holiday movie to add into this season’s movie rotations.

Besides wearing crimson hues, I like anything in red, from shoes to jewelry and note books for jotting down things I don’t want to forget, okay I actually use my notes section on my phone for that, but I would still love a red address book or notebook.
We scoured the web for some interesting finds this holiday season, that actually can be purchased for ourselves at any time of the year, but of course those of us that love red already know that. There are other objects de’ art too, not just items in our favorite hue, since we don’t need an excuse to wear it.

Stands to say that Nars is a genius when it comes to whipping up the most gorgeous hues. I’ve become obsessed with visiting my friend Dalia at my neighborhood Nars boutique on Fillmore Street. I simply cannot walk by without popping in.
This time I doubled up on what I think is my New signature crimson, Dragon Girl and I fell-in-love with La Dolce Vita.
