I’m a huge Instagram follower and recently started following various food and lifestyle blogs. Why? I’ve developed an obsession with food and interiors, especially posts from women that wear red lipstick as a signature hue.
Steps to great hair:
1. Begin by applying Leonor Greyl Mousse au Lotus Volumatrice to damp hair, rough dry hair on high heat, use fingers to create volume and bring out the natural textures.
2. Once hair is completely dry, lightly mist Voluforme for volume and hold onto random sections of the hair and wrap sections of hair alternating between a large and medium curling iron around the head to create different size wave patterns.
3. Then apply a dime sized amount of Serum de Soie Sublimateur into palms, rub them together, and flip head over using fingers to loosen waves.
4. Flip head back to create side part.
To finish the look, lightly mist Laque Souple for hold and longevity.”
Now, she’s a gal after my own heart.
Now, I haven’t tried all of the brands under the umbrella but I can assure you that Fountain Beauty is worth every penny and right now you can save on a bundle of three beauty related molecules for $40.
Today was the first day I added my Beauty Molecule to distilled water and it didn’t taste bad, it was very drinkable and healthy for my skin.
I also brought some Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to work with me to add it to my water throughout the day, as it’s supposed to help curb your appetite and it works!
Happy Turkey Day!
I recently started taking 1 Tsp of The Beauty Molecule by Fountain Beauty. I mix it into my morning smoothie which consists of: 1/2 banana, 3 large organic frozen strawberries, a handful or organic mixed berries and a cup of organic orange juice. I also mix in 2 Tsp of Collagen, and some filtered water. It doesn’t taste fattening, but the benefits in a few weeks are going to be worth it.
I’ve been drinking this concoction every morning since the beauty molecule arrived.
It’s only been a few days, but I’m in it for the long-haul.
So, what’s your beauty beverage of choice?
P.s I did lose weight drinking the Apple Cider Vinegar we talked about several posts back…it curbs your appetite and I need to go back to drinking it every morning.
I’ve always been an admirer of Paloma and remember having owned her signature red lipstick, known as Mon Rouge. I decided to Google her and found this quote:
“Red lips have become my signature, so when I don’t want to be recognized, I don’t wear it.” – Paloma Picasso
I actually find myself doing the same thing, only I also wear my Giants baseball hat.
How do you hide?
Flipping through the latest magazines I came across this mini article in Lucky Magazine. Naturally it caught my attention and I have to say that I spent years trying out other shades before I realized that red just suited me best.
I learned my lesson hundreds of dollars later and stick to crimson, what about you?
I’ve been a fan of Ali’s since her bachelorlette days several years ago. I thought she was an adorable young lady and was proud of the fact that she was from San Francisco. Nothing has changed, she’s still as adorable as ever and recently hosted Men’s Health 9th Annual Urbanathlon by Ralph Lauren Fragrances Polo Red.
She jumped over cabs, climbed over buses while sporting her new hairstyle and making it look effortless.
I just have to remember to watch E since she’s one of the hosts.
Here’s to Ali, Men’s Health and Polo Red!
P.s I want her sneakers.
I’ve had a long two weeks, first it started with two book lectures. Anita Hill and Lena Dunham. Let’s say I walked away impressed with both women. I also managed to read Not That Kind of Girl by Lena Dunham and loved it.
I’m a huge admirer of good literature, although I can’t say this will become a classic, it’s definitely a good read.
I also finally walked into my neighborhood Mac and bought Lady Danger. I can honestly say that I loved the color, but the texture didn’t like me. I found it too drying and not long-lasting to say the least. It completely came off during my morning cup of green tea and I drink everything out of a straw.
I finally took it back yesterday and vowed to never buy Mac again, I knew there was a reason why I stayed away from it.
Well, are any of you any baseball fans? Believe it or not, I’m a huge Giants fan,and I am enjoying the World Series, it’s highly stressful, because anything can happen and it’s not over yet.
So, what have you guys been up to?
