February Kiss Proof Reds

February means Valentine’s day is right around the corner.  For those us desiring a kiss proof red lip here are a few that passed 4 hours of passionate kissing.

My Red December – Cherry Lush by Tom Ford

December is an important month for Red Lipstick – it’s the shade most women embrace because its festive and the perfect shade for New Year’s Eve.  Since attending the The World of Tom Ford Beauty – the launch at Neiman Marcus I’ve been unable to put down my new tube of Cherry Lush.

Rouge Allure Laque – Dragon 75 by Chanel

I’m a huge Red Lipstick aficionado, and recently added Chanel’s Rouge Allure in Dragon 75 to my mix.  Why? Because I love lipstains, and long-wearing lip products that provide my lips with all day hydration.  Dragon 75 is a deep, rich and dark red, darker then I would normally wear, but gorgeous just the same.

A bonus is that this color can be layered, deepened and intensified depending on your mood. The texture is creamy, the formula hydrating and the color is Chanel.

One of the many perks about my job is receiving little boxes in the mail.  Not only is the packaging gorgeous, but the Classic True Red by Babor is stunning! My friend Georges creates the most amazing packaging – he sent me this picture of a Red Lipstick, he knows I’m obsessed with Red –

the galenical  is  for a different shade of red to fit the different erosion speeds, the different layers of the product when using the lipstick, the tip, the point, the dark red part loses shape with less time that the less dark part so that the bias is kept this invention is a special galenical concept that permits other function as using 2 different product on same bar, keeping brand label on the materiel –

The stick is has allways a bias shape. This shape is made for applying product on the edge of lip.

When we use a lipstick, we apply a force stronger toward the side of tip so that the stick loses the bias shape.

So, this solution have hardest product onto the side of the tip for compensating this phenomenon so that we keep the bias in all the use cycle time.

Moreover, with this galenical solution we can have a lot of another unexpeted advantages and for other products as soap.

In another life I used to be a cosmetic department store princess, and recently I ran into my friend Jim who reminded me of one of the most amazing reds ever created.
